Follow these steps to add your new email footer to the Microsoft Outlook desktop application...
Firstly download the email footer that has been generated for you and save it somewhere on your computer that you can easily remember and gain access to. We will need this file later in the process.
Now go into Microsoft Outlook and click into FILE then OPTIONS
Select MAIL in the left hand panel of the main settings window
Now hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click the SIGNATURES button - This will open a folder on your computer in the file manager.
You now need to copy the downloaded footer file on your computer into this folder that the file manager window is showing.
Once the file is in place go back to Outlook and author a new email.
Click the SIGNATURE button in the button bar
This will bring up the signatures management screen
Inside here you should see a new item that relates to the filename of the latest signature file you have installed. In this screen select any OTHER signatures you don't need (ie old revisions of this Flying Butler signature) and then delete them via the DELETE button.
Finally, click your new signature in the list and make sure that it is selected in the NEW MESSAGES and REPLIES/FORWARDS drop down lists.
