Cancellation policy for Quality City Apartments
All bookings cancelled prior to arrival will incur an admin charge of £50. In the case that the guest is already staying at Quality City and wishes to vacate before the departure date, they will be charged 50% of the remaining days and the balance refunded back to them. Deposit: A deposit of £100.00 will be taken on the day of arrival. This is to cover any loss or damage to items in the apartment and also miss use of the apartment such as parties and or excessive noise. The deposit will be returned provided all terms and conditions are met. Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated and Quality City ltd. reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate the apartment immediately and no refund will be issued. Card Details: Quality City for security reasons will keep the card details of guests (securely) for the duration of their stay and will destroy the details with-in 7 days of departure to recover any loss or damage. Extras like late check out, parking or any damages will be deducted from the card details supplied at the time of booking. Refunds: Refunds may take up to 28 days due to financial authorisation.
