These studio and two bedroom apartments have all the benefits of both serviced apartments and hotels as they're located in a hotel building.
The apartments are located just a 2 minute walk from Watford Junction station (14 mins from London Euston) and a 5 minute walk from Watford town centre.
Our Watford serviced apartments are light-filled and airy, and are all positioned from the 5th floor upwards.
Apartment features include free Wifi, an additional sofa-bed as standard, and a fully equipped kitchen. Building features include a mini gym, bar, restaurant, Starbucks café, lounge, terrace, 24 hour reception and ample parking. Watford’s a nice town packed with popular shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and entertainment and is very well connected by road, rail and tube. The building provides a spacious, modern and safe living environment with fantastic on-site facilities.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a full size electric oven, a microwave, a 4-ring electric hob, a fridge and a slim-line dishwasher. The bathrooms have a fixed head power shower over the bath.
The flat screen 42” TVs have Freeview. The TVs have a HDMI port at the back and a USB on the left hand side. There are double glazed windows along the full width of the apartments, and some of them can be opened.
Watford is a town in Hertfordshire, 17 miles north west of central London and inside the M25. The apartments are just .3 miles (483 metres) from Watford town centre, straight along Clarendon Road. It’s just a 2 minute walk to Watford Junction station. Watford town centre has pleasant pedestrianised zones and modern shopping arcades. The town centre is compact, easy to access and has everything you’d expect from a modern commercial centre, such as theatres, a comedy club and a cinema complex, as well as lots of shops, restaurants and pubs.
Building details, security and car-park
Completed in March 2015, the building is half Holiday Inn and half apartments.
The ground floor is a fantastic air-conditioned space and has a bar, a restaurant, a Starbucks café, business meeting areas, games and a business centre including a free-to-use PC and printer. There are 4 large HD screens showing the main events on Sky Sports (usually muted), and even a small shop selling essentials. It’s a great communal area where you can hold a meeting, try the draught beers, Starbucks coffee or selection of teas, and eat at very reasonable prices. It’s also perfect for finding a quiet corner where you can use the free WiFi or 4G, charge your devices and put your feet up.
Reception and security is 24 hours. You can pay for parking at the machine in the car park, at reception or for longer stays order a permit in advance.

It’s just a two minute walk from the apartments to Watford Junction train station. From here, it’s a 14 minute direct train journey from London Euston, and 16 minutes direct from St Albans. Also there’s a service on London Overground to Richmond upon Thames, Euston, Clapham Junction and Stratford via Willesden Junction. In addition there’s Watford tube station on the Metropolitan Line, which is 1.2 miles from the apartments. From here you can travel direct to Wembley, Baker Street, King’s Cross St Pancras, and Liverpool Street. Both the M25 and M1 are just a 10 minute drive away with normal traffic levels.

Cancellation policy for Watford Junction Apartments
14 day cancellation policy
- 14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.
14 day shortening policy
- To shorten your stay, giving 14 days’ notice or more of your new, earlier check-out date will mean that you only pay up to the new and earlier departure date. If you give less than 14 days’ notice of your new, earlier departure, you’ll need to pay for 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-out is on 30th September and notice to shorten and leave instead on 20th September is given on 10th September, then 10 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 4 nights will apply, i.e. 14-10 = 4.
