On entering the property you immediately get the impression that this has been a happy and well looked after home flooded with natural light and only completely refurbished a couple of years ago this property is fabulous destination for guests after a unique experience in this city.On the ground floor is the smart yet inviting living room with its period fireplace and multiple seating options set into the large bay window which overlooks the front of the property. This living room is equipped with a double sofa bed to sleep 2 people. Pristine wooden floors lead you through to the snug area towards the kitchen where there is a TV and another sofa for the more informal evenings! The kitchen is the next room on from the living room and is simply a delight to be in; flooded with natural light owing to the glass ceilinged extension. To accentuate this even more the kitchen has been designed entirely in sleek white with ceiling spot lights and modern appliances. Renovated completely in recent years there has been nothing overlooked and everything from a coffee machine to state of the art gas hobs has been included! There is another TV in the kitchen as well as a functional WC and utility room! A small patio is also situated outside through the glass windows.Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first room is a double bedroom which although not huge in proportion has been expertly designed to ensure that it is highly functional with hanging space for clothes. This room looks out over the back of the property and also has plenty of shelf space and a bedside table.The bathroom is next to this room and is once again modern and recently refurbished with a shower placed over the bath (which has good pressure) a WC and a basin. The second spare room can also be used as a study by guests. It has a single bed which can be extended to a double and has plenty of storage space for guests on the shelving placed along the walls. There is a huge array of interesting books as well!The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and is the largest room on this floor. Painted in a calming light blue shade this room is also incredibly light and airy with wooden floors throughout and a double bed. The modern en suite has a large power shower as well as WC. The piece de resistance in this property is however the lovely roof terrace which has been decorated in pot plants and is very peaceful to relax in on a summers day. The property is located in Shepherd's Bush - a vibrant artistic and multi cultural area of West London. There's an array of cafes restaurants and pubs on the doorstop. London's largest shopping mall - Westfield - is also just a minutes walk away where you can find a sumptuous choice of international brands a cinema and a huge array of restaurants! You can walk to Shepherds Bush (Central line and Overland station) within 4 minutes by foot. This area is famous for its transport links and mean a door-to-door trip to Bond Street/Oxford Street takes just 10 minutes by tube.
