The S6 by Platinum Residence is a facility with a total smoking ban. Smoking is prohibited also on balconies and terraces. Smoking is allowed exclusively outside the complex. Violating the smoking ban shall result in charging the Guest’s account with the amount of 615PLN in respect of liquidated damages.

- 7 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
- For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
