Cancellation policy for Royal Garden Apartments 

  • Less than 14 night stay

  • Fountain Court requires 48 hours' cancellation notice on bookings less than 14 nights. In the event that 48 hours 'notice is not given 2 days accommodation shall be charged.
  • For guest in house 48 hours’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.

  • Bookings that are 14 nights or over require 7 nights cancellation.

  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
