Set on a cosy back street off the main London Bridge road this flat is built in a brand new development and boasts an incredible roof terrace where you can take in all the major sites in the city and see the Shard tower!Set on the second floor the flat is both quiet and peaceful with a view out down the street and its own private balcony is perfect for your morning coffee! The first room on your left as you enter is the large kitchen/living area which is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could desire and a brand new sleek fitted kitchen! The flat is decorated primarily in an immaculate white with splashes of colour throughout creating a serene and cheerful atmosphere. There is a glass dining table which comfortably seats 4 and a sofa which acts as a double bed for the third and fourth persons. In addition there is a brand new Smart TV installed where you can watch catch up TV sign into your own Netflix account to stream movies and also watch the hundreds of Freeview channels available! The bedroom is located the opposite side of the hallway and is a great size for two with huge amounts of storage in the mirrored built-in wardrobes (perfect to store for up to four people if the sofa bed is in use). The bed is a King sized double and has matching mirrored bedside tables and lamps on either side. This room also has its own access onto the balcony of the property. The last room in the property is an incredibly trendy bathroom with its floor to ceiling tiles and mirrored wall. It has a power shower located over the bath to suit all tastes a WC and a basin. In addition there is a very cool blue light that comes on automatically so that late at night you don't need to turn on the bathroom light!One of the most exciting features of this apartment is the private roof terrace (used only by residents) which is up another two floors. Take a seat on one of the many benches and you will be consumed by the view out over the London City rooftops where you will be able to see the Shard St Paul's and even the London Eye!Very unusually for London this property also provides a secure parking bay which guests are welcome to use. The parking is located a short 5 minute walk from the property and is incredibly secure and easy to access!Just a brief walk from the fashionable Borough Market with its gastronomic delights and upmarket food stalls from all over the British countryside this really is one of London's most popular markets and certainly a must see for any foodie. A shorter walk - less than 5 minutes - will bring you to Borough Underground station (on the handy Northern line) leading straight up into central London. You can be in Oxford Circus in less than 20 mins from this station. Also less than 10 minutes from the property is London Bridge tube station which is on the Jubilee and Northern line.There is so much to offer in this area and you're able to walk to the Southbank the Shard London Dungeons Clink Museum Shakespeare's Globe Tate Modern and Oxo Tower... and if your legs will carry you the London Eye is about a 25 minute walk! For those interested in history there is also the British Imperial War Museum within walking distance from the property.
