There is one large bedroom and one slightly smaller room, the master bedroom has a king-size bed which can be split into two singles. Bedroom two has a single. The main bathroom is located in the hallway and is fully equipped. There is a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping up to two.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, grill, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave and toaster. Towels, bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, hand-wash, tea, coffee and sugar are provided as a minimum.

Please note this apartment has no parking but is an easy walk into the City Centre and to local eateries and transport links.

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
