Cancellation policy for Mathison House Loft Style
At least 14 days’ written notice of cancellation is required prior to the commencement of the rental period for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge, equal to 14 nights rent minus the number of nights given.
If the tenant/occupant has moved into the property, the duration of the rental period will be as stated in the previously issued rental agreement with no refund of rent entitlement for a shortened rental period
