This spacious townhouse is located on a smart street in Marylebone an upmarket part of Westminster which sits just to the north of Oxford Street. You'll be a few minute's walk from the very best of London including Oxford Street and Bond Street for great shopping and galleries Hyde Park Regents Park London Zoo Madame Tussauds and the characterful Marylebone High Street. The house is newly decorated with white walls and wooden flooring spreading throughout the ground floor. To the right is a good-sized living and dining area finished in minimal yet tasteful decor including a wooden table with seating for up to six and some comfortable seating arranged facing a flat screen TV. At the back of the property is well kitted out kitchen with sleek white units and a wooden worktop. It has all modern facilities including a large fridge freezer coffee maker gas hob and microwave. There is a particularly lovely view from the kitchen down to the mews lane below with its cobbled street hanging flowers baskets and a pretty church. The master bedroom is finished in soft whites with a wall of integrated wardrobe space and large King-sized bed. The second bedroom is a lovely and light twin with two single beds and more wardrobe space. Next to this is the final bedroom which is bright white with a single bed and an additional pull out (to create a double 2 singles side by side rather than a double mattress). The bathroom has a large tub with a shower unit attached as well as a separate stand-alone shower... so whichever your preference for bath or shower it will be met!This home sleeps up to 6 guests and is a perfect retreat for those wanting a comfortable home in the heart of London. You're less than a 10 minute walk to Oxford Street known for its fashion stores bustling shops fantastic restaurants and lively atmosphere. Bond Street too and the surrounding streets are well known for their upmarket shops and art galleries. There is greenery nearby too as Regents Park is also just 10 minutes away with lush green parkland and the famous London Zoo! Hyde Park which is one of the largest parks in London known for hosting concerts and big events is also under a 10 minute walk away.
