This wonderful and spacious six bedroom townhouse is just off Battersea Park so perfect for families and groups who want to experience London whilst living in a superb setting. The famous King's Road in Chelsea is over the Thames River just minutes away where you will find many boutique shops and fantastic restaurants pubs and cafes. As you walk inside the property you will first be struck by the high ceiling and beautiful tiling in the hallway. The first door on your right will take you into the large sitting room and study/library. The sitting room has antique style furniture wooden flooring and bay windows which add a very luxurious feel. There's a large flat-screen TV which appears by remote control. The study again features lovely wood flooring and a large library packed with military themed and other literature. The door at the end of the study will take you into the kitchen. This is a vast space allowing for a good-sized dining table as well as a kitchen island and long work surfaces. The kitchen is filled with all the amenities one may need while living away from home including an oven dishwasher coffee maker toaster and kettle to name a few. To your left at the front of the property is the master bedroom. This room is huge and features chandeliers bay windows and silk curtains as well as many other impressive features. This room also benefits from a large en-suite which contains a free-standing bath shower wash basin and loo.

The second floor has two single rooms both with plenty of space as well as a cot in each room and facilities for children. There's a further large double room with study desk and large windows offering plenty of light. The second floor has the family bathroom with bath/shower and a loo. Finally up to the top floor you will find the last double room complete with study desk large windows and wood flooring. There room would be ideal for a nanny or teenager.

This area has many good restaurants bars and cafes to enjoy particularly along Battersea Park Road. The property is situated on the doorstep of the stunning 200 acre Battersea Park; the undulating greenery a quiet respite from the bustling city. The park's facilities accommodate for people of all ages for example the children's playground children's zoo bowling green and tennis courts amongst other sporting facilities as well as luxurious tropical gardens and over 1km of beautiful riverside promenade. Boating and rowing is available on the lakes in the summer.

Stroll across one of the three bridges nearby and you'll be in the upmarket area of Chelsea and on the picturesque Chelsea Embankment. Chelsea Embankment is renowned for its picturesque beauty and quintessential British atmosphere running parallel with the River Thames where you are able to catch a river taxi if you wish.

From the house you can walk through the park and to the famous King's Road in Chelsea in less than half an hour. This area is again renowned for its boutique and trendy shops bars and restaurants. The Kings Road also offers cultural opportunities for example you can visit the world famous Saatchi Gallery at the eastern end of the road. Heading further east you find yourself in London's Sloane Square where you can find luxury brand shops including Tiffany & Co. and Hugo Boss as well as fantastic places to eat and drink.

South Kensington for Natural History Victoria & Albert and Science Museums is only 10 minutes by taxi and Kensington High Street close by offers many more restaurants and bars.

The property is less than 10 minutes to Battersea Park train station by bus where you can easily catch connections to all areas of the city. You can be at Victoria in 5 minutes and from there you could hop on one of three main tube lines – the Circle District and Victoria lines which can take you all over London very quickly. Alternatively reach Victoria station directly via the number 44 and 170 buses. From here you can be at Oxford Street for shopping in 5 minutes and Notting Hill for the Portobello Road markets in 12 minutes.

Just south of the house on Falcon Road is Clapham Junction Station which makes both Central and Southern London easily accessible for you. Additionally there is Queenstown Station on Battersea Park Road which serves a wide range of upmarket areas in South West London including Barnes and Richmond. Both stations are within walking distance of the property.

There are also many buses which run nearby to the house which can take you directly to High Street Kensington Knightsbridge Belgravia Notting Hill Hyde Park and Oxford Street.
