Liverpool Street is a premium property located on the top floor of a three-story walk-up. It ranks high on our guests favourites with it’s supersize balcony, two skylights and duplex levels. This is our personal favourite as the balcony could easily fit a small group of five for dinner or drinks. The stunning view of Liverpool Street and City of London is enough to choose this property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, and electric hob. There is a full-size temperature-controlled wine rack. Seating for two is available in the kitchen dining area.
The living area has a comfortable sofa with recliner. The first skylight is over the couch. There is a lovely window seating area as well capable of fitting five to seven people comfortably.
There are hardwood mahogany floors throughout the building as well as carpeting in both bedrooms. The downstairs full-size bedroom offers lots of light. The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom complete with smaller balcony area. The shower stall offers a charming rainwater panel.
There is a full-sized closet with washer and dryer, iron, vacuum, and all the necessary cleaning supplies.
This building is in Spitalfields, an artistic neighbourhood of London. It borders on City of London – perfect for those here on business. Artillery Lane derives its name from King Henry VIII, who used the area for weaponry practice.
Liverpool Street Station, Shoreditch High Street and Brick Lane are all within walking distance.
