Towards the other side of the room is a space drenched in natural sunlight from patio glass doors; it has a centred dining table with seats for up to six guests and a wall mounted plasma TV for entertainment whilst you dine! You can access the large two-level garden from the kitchen or utility room which is paved with an al fresco dining area. To the right of the principal entrance is a spacious living room with a feature fireplace in striking black and several comfortable chairs to relax on. One has a small double bed and large window with a view of the garden whilst the other is street-facing and has a king-sized bed. The shared bathroom on this floor is finished to a high standard with a walk-in shower.The final bedroom takes up the loft floor of the house it is very spacious with a large double bed and built in wardrobes as well as a wooden study desk.
