With four double bedrooms it makes the ideal stop over for business or leisure. The Master bedroom benefits from en-suite and large double wardrobe. Similar features are found in the second and third bedrooms. The large bedroom on the ground level leads out to a cute garden with patio and furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied by our maid service and the apartment is cleaned weekly.

The main bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower, wash basin and plug in points. Toiletries are available upon arrival should you have forgotten your wash bag.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. A small starter pack of cleaning items are supplied. In a rush? Let Town or Country make your stay hassle free with our food welcome pack, which can be ordered from our reservations team up to 48 hours before your arrival date.

This house benefits from a large open plan dining/lounge area, making it the perfect place to relax in front of the widescreen LCD TV again with FREEVIEW and DVD player. Unlike hotels our WIFI is free so no unexpected bills when it comes to checkout! The large arch window is also a highlighted feature.

With Southampton, like many big cities, having issues with parking you can be worry free and take advantage of the allocated parking space in front of the property for a small fee of £5 per night.

Close by to this property is Oxford Street famous for some of Southampton's finest restaurants and wine bars, many of which you can benefit from using the Town or Country discount card (see our home page). The Mayflower Park is always good to visit as very often you will see the latest cruise liner docked and there is a park if you are a family to cater for all ages. Shopping? One of the UK's largest retail shopping outlets West Quay is within walking distance.
