This penthouse apartment has 1 bedroom on the 16th floor with panoramic views. Located on the edge of The Saints District of Ipswich, you will find an exciting mix of cafes, independent shops and local businesses. It’s perfectly located between the town centre and the popular Waterfront area and is a short walk away from the main business district.
*Please be aware that work is currently underway to the exterior of the building - this does not impact our guests and is purely aesthetic. The apartment is currently priced accordingly to reflect this.*
The apartment is furnished to a comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen. A laundrette can be found at the bottom of the building.
The living room has a 2-seater leather sofa and chair, and access to the wraparound roof terrace* (please see below) with 360 degree views over the town. There’s a coffee table, and bistro-style table and chairs. There are Smart speakers and a large Smart TV which has free to air terrestrial channels and Chromecast.
*The terrace area is currently awaiting renovation and guests are advised that whilst access is still available, we recommend the terrace is not used - any use will be completely at the risk of the guest.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and storage. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
There is a lift to the fifteenth floor with a single flight of stairs to the sixteenth (shared only with one other apartment).

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
