As you enter this modern and stunning 7th floor property you are instantly hit with luxury and space. The hallway is lit up with LEDs casting light all around as you enter and comes complete with storage, as well as home to an iron, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items. A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are allocated in the hallway taking the hassle out of doing the laundry chores when you get home.
A master bathroom is LED lit and allocated in the main hallway complete with a bath/power shower, W/c and complimentary toiletries on arrival.
The open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room are the perfect place to host friends and family. A four chair dining table is hand for socialising or catching up with work with an amazing 180 degree view over the city of Southampton.

- For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
