This modern apartment building is just a 2 minute walk from Hampton Court station which is opposite, and a 4 minute walk from the majestic Hampton Court Palace. Located between the hub of Bridge Road, Hampton Court Bridge and the riverside, these lovely and spacious (58 sqm) 1 bedroom apartments are remarkably tranquil and private. It’s a beautiful location with amazing river and palace views. Bridge Road itself has an eclectic village feel with its classy mix of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries and antique dealers.

Apartment details
All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen, and 17 mbps Wifi. The kitchens have a washer/dryer, a full fridge freezer, a slim-line dishwasher and a dining table with four chairs. The living areas have a 32 inch Smart TV with integrated DVD player, an armchair, a sofa and a coffee table. The main bathrooms have a separate shower cubicle, a bath, a sink, a loo and a radiator. The master bedrooms have a king double bed (152 width, 190 length [cms]) with twin bedside tables and reading lamps. The beds can also be split into two singles. The apartments have high quality wooden flooring and tiles in the bathrooms and kitchens.

Building details, security and car-park
This 3 storey building opened in 2012. The ground floor is an Italian restaurant called The Square Olive. There’s a small communal entrance area with post boxes. There’s a video entry system. On-site secure underground parking is included (one space per apartment) and can only be accessed with a code and via Creek Road. There’s lift access to all floors from both the car-park and the main entrance.

Location
The apartment building is positioned between Bridge Road and Creek Road. The village feel of Hampton Court, aka East Molesey is really Bridge Road, along with Hampton Court Station across the road. Kingston upon Thames is 2 miles to the east, Walton-on-Thames and Sunbury are 4 miles to the west, Teddington is 2 miles to the north and Thames Ditton is a mile to the south. It’s a stunning location, a 1 minute walk from Hampton Court Bridge and the picturesque Thames riverside, and a 4 minute walk from the world famous Hampton Court Palace, where Henry VIII lived in the 16th century.

It’s a 10 minute drive (3.7 miles) to the M3 and Sunbury-on-Thames, and a 15 minute drive (4.5 miles) to the A3 via Esher.

Transport
The apartments are just .1 of a mile and a 2 minute walk from Hampton Court train station so it’s 7 minutes to Surbiton, 19 mins to Wimbledon, 24 mins to Clapham Junction, and 33 mins to Waterloo direct. There are also numerous and frequent buses to all key surrounding locations.

Local shops, restaurants, cafes, and pubs
You’re spoilt for choice on Bridge Road, where the apartment building is located. There are 2 pubs, 10 restaurants, 5 cafes and they’re mostly independent. Bridge Road is also well known for its art galleries, clothes boutiques and antique dealers. There’s also a butcher’s specialising in additive-free meat, a small supermarket, a dry cleaner’s, a card shop, a florist, a wine specialist and a barber’s.

Cancellation policy for Hampton Court Apartments 

  • 14 day cancellation policy

  • 14 days’ or more notice of cancellation is required before check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • Notice given within 14 days of check-in (or less than 14 days before arrival) will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 9 nights will apply, i.e. 14-5 = 9.

  • 14 day shortening policy

  • To shorten your stay, giving 14 days’ notice or more of your new, earlier check-out date will mean that you only pay up to the new and earlier departure date. If you give less than 14 days’ notice of your new, earlier departure, you’ll need to pay for 14 nights minus the number of days’ notice given. For example, if check-out is on 30th September and notice to shorten and leave instead on 20th September is given on 10th September, then 10 days’ notice has been given, so a charge of 4 nights will apply, i.e. 14-10 = 4.
