-Ground floor living-dining-kitchen area.
-Living area with comfortable two seater sofa, wide screen TV and soft carpeting
-Dining area with table and seating for two
-Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob and all cooking utensils

A spiral staircase leads up to the en suite bedroom
-King size bed
-En suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin

Outside Area and Garden
The cottage is situated in the spacious grounds of the owners home. The entrance is at the rear of the property. There is a decked patio area for guests use. There is a parking area. The gardens around the owners home however, are private.

There is a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom. Take a look at the photos to make sure it is not too steep for you.

There is a stable block across the courtyard with a washing machine and dryer for cottage guest use.

About the Neighbourhood
Set in a beautiful countryside location, but with easy access to Banbury, Oxford and the Cotswolds. Lots of local village pubs and restaurants from which to choose.

  • 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges
  • For guest in house 14 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
