Wasserwerkstrasse 10-12 is the perfect choice for you if you would like to stay in the heart of Zurich. Ideally located just a short walk from the scenic bank of the river Limmat, and with the shopping and business districts within easy reach, these apartments cater to leisure and business travellers alike. All apartments have been fully renovated in 2018 and are well appointed with modern furniture and amenities. The Old Town and Bahnhofstrasse are only two tram stops (trams 11 and 14 from the Beckenhof station) or a 10-minute walk away.
All apartments have a living room with seating and dining areas. In the fully equipped kitchen you find all you might need during your temporary stay: from oven to Nespresso coffee machine, and from dishwasher to a washer/dryer. The apartments have a king-sized bed, and a private safe. WiFi and wired internet access included. EMA House Serviced Apartments are equipped with the following safety devices: smoke detector/-alarm, fire blanket, fire extinguishers in the staircase of the property.
The Service Desk team is reachable for help and information 7 days a week via phone. Our office locates just in the next building, so immediate assistance is possible. The twice a week cleaning service includes making of beds, cleaning, garbage removal and change of bath-/kitchen towels.
Parking in a garage is available for a surcharge.
