The modern, design-led units, nestled on a quiet residential street, less than a five-minute walk from Kings Cross – St Pancras International station. This apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area with access to a private balcony. Located on either the second or third floor, it benefits from a lot of natural light.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a large en-suite bathroom, with a rainfall shower, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom comes with a double bed as well as having access to the private balcony. All mattresses are courtesy of SIMBA.

The open-plan kitchen is fitted with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave) as well as utensils and cutlery and is adjoined to the dining area. The super large living-room is the best place to enjoy a movie on our 40” flat screen TV, using your Apple TV or Netflix account. The living area also benefits from a private balcony.

The stunning interiors were designed by Nicola Bianchi, drawing inspirations from the local area’s heritage.
