The living room is on the first floor and offers sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs for six, TV and Wifi. There are three light and bright bedrooms all with comfortable beds, attractive honey coloured floor boards and built in storage. The bed sizes are king, queen and double.
A chic and modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all machines including, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
There are two contemporary bathrooms - one with tub and the other with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms have a WC and basins. A separate washer and dryer are located in the bathroom.
A small rear patio offers table and seating for four plus a BBQ. This is a quiet space to pause, rest and reflect between London adventures.

Waterloo is so much more than a busy transport hub. It is very popular with tourists and visitors for it’s convenient transport links and its close proximity to so many attractions and places of interest. The area is connected to the Strand by Waterloo Bridge. The first bridge on this site was built in the early 1800’s, and was named to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Because of a handy bend in the river, the views of London from this bridge (of Westminster, the South Bank, the London Eye, The City and Canary Wharf) are said to be amongst the very finest available from ground level. The Kinks pop group’s very famous and much loved song Waterloo Sunset has immortalised the bridge, the view and the area forever. The last verse tells of two young lovers meeting by the underground in the evening, crossing the bridge, and looking out over London: “as long as they gaze on Waterloo sunset, they are in paradise…”
Waterloo Station in handy for access to the South East of England by train, and there are several lines to use from Waterloo Underground.
From this area you are ideally placed for quick and easy access to the West End and the City, with plenty of underground stations, a frequent bus service and a regular river boat to Greenwich, Canary Wharf or Westminster.
Locally there are excellent restaurants, the well known Vinopolis and, of course, Borough Market for food and wine. There are some of London's best theatres within walking distance or a short bus ride including the National Theatre, the National Film Theatre, the Old Vic, the Young Vic and the Meunier Chocolate Factory and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Together with the South Bank Centre and Tate Modern, this is now the premier London location for arts and entertainment.
Other prime attractions are the Millennium Bridge to St. Paul's Cathedral, HMS Belfast, Bermondsey Antique Market, Tower Bridge and the Imperial War Museum. Wander through Dickensian London to Southwark Cathedral and pop in to the Florence Nightingale museum.
