Situated in Shoreditch by Moorgate station - a fashionable and cultural area of East London with many interesting shops and great restaurants is this wonderfully bright penthouse apartment which boasts outstanding city views. The apartment building has a 24 hour concierge as well as security cameras ensuring a high level of safety and security.Upon entering you will find a bathroom and a double bedroom on the right hand side. The bathroom is finished in white with teal tiling and has a bath with shower attachment. The bedroom is wonderfully light due to the two windows on the far side that have wide views of the city. The bed is a large King size with mirrored side tables on either side. Fabulous wooden steps take you to up to the first floor where there is a large dining table conveniently set up on the right opposite the kitchen and a living area further away. The wooden dining table has clear white chairs and seats up to six. The master bedroom can be found to the left and it boasts three large windows with more fabulous views. The bed is flanked on both sides by tall wooden wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room which is finished in light colours and has a large shower and heated towel rail. This apartment has an incredible two terraces and a further balcony so guests can enjoy the wonderful views of London. There is lots of seating on the large roof terrace as well as the smaller terrace which is just off the living area so guests can have breakfast or tea alfresco whilst enjoying the views. The living room is minimal yet sleek and classic with a flat screen TV in one corner and two comfortable sofas arranged around a coffee table. One of the sofas is a sofa-bed and will sleep an extra person. Like the rest of the apartment this area is filled with natural light via the glass doors and windows.The kitchen is small yet immaculate and complete with all the best fittings including a large fridge freezer electric hob Italian moka machine cafetieres and lovely powder blue cupboard fittings. Shoreditch is a cultural and buzzing part of London with a rich history and an urban edge. Go exploring and you will find there is so much to see and do; interesting and independent shops can be found tucked away on cobbled streets and old record stores where you will find some true classics. Dine at a great restaurant like Busaba Eathai (Thai) or Casa Negra (Mexican) or drink bubble tea in a trendy cafe.Just a 10 minute walk from the buzz of Hoxton Square with its â€˜of the moment bars and restaurants the area is both youthful and has a reputation for hosting the many of the capitals up and coming artists! Walk to Brick Lane Spitalfields Broadway Market Columbia Rd Flower Market and Islington - all within 10-20 minutes. The well known 'Pho Mile' home to London's finest Vietnamese restaurants as well as other edgy and arty cafe/bars is also a 5 minute walk from the property. Angel Underground station is also accessible yet further away (10 minute walk). You can also catch mainline National Rail trains to go out of London and to reach Stanstead Airport.
