This is an immaculate two bedroom flat in Chelsea with a balcony that overlooks lovely communal gardens. The entire flat is fresh, stylish and beautifully decorated making it the perfect London base in this popular, fabulous and convenient location. Take in the many delights of the King’s Road, the Fulham Road and all the museums of South Kensington.
The entrance hall is elegant and worth a mention. It has a fresh tiled floor, a large mirror and some interesting small sculptures. The living area is attractive, spacious and fully carpeted with a roomy sofa, two large armchairs, a flatscreen TV and dining table and chairs for four. There is excellent natural light from a series of long windows and the balcony door, and there are tranquil views to enjoy over the large communal gardens.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated in a modern and comfortable style with carpeting throughout and thoughtful touches such as mirrors and books. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, plenty of storage in the form of built in wardrobes and shelves and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a high-quality trundle bed. The twin beds may be combined to form a king sized bed and quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.
The warm kitchen is fully equipped and offers Corian work surfaces, modern appliances including full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee machine and a flatscreen TV. This really is an attractive space, with colourful art on the walls, a long window giving good light and dining table and chairs for four. You will find starter supplies including washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and washing powder are included, for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a smart en-suite bathroom with tub and overhead shower, WC and wash-basin. The second bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, WC, basin and a heated towel-rail. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard.
There is a private balcony off the living room with leafy views of the large communal garden with it’s mature trees. These gardens may be enjoyed by residents and they offer a welcome green space to relax in.
The bus service in Chelsea is a good one with plenty of reliable routes taking you to neighbouring areas such as Battersea or Knightsbridge, up and down the Kings and Fulham Roads, or further on into the West End. This is also a perfect area to walk around and explore.
This home is a private residence and much loved by the owners which is evident in the care and attention to detail that is displayed throughout the flat. It is fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware and WiFi and the weekly housekeeping with a linen change is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
First, a little history: Once upon a time, a very long time ago, a king had a long carriage journey between his palaces and for this he needed his own private road - The King’s Road. No longer private but still very much in use, The King’s Road is the commercial artery winding through affluent Chelsea and the place to promenade, pick up your supplies at boutique bakeries and spot the rich and famous off-duty. Chelsea has long since stopped being a charming village to pass through and is now very much an end destination for those who have “made it” in the world - successful musicians, investment bankers, world renowned architects and or course a few oligarchs, all call this home. Spend some time simply wandering and walking along the oh-so-pretty back streets which are surprisingly relaxing and human in scale. Throw in plenty of good, local amenities such as cafes, bistros and restaurants, markets, pubs and bars, plus the lure of the great River Thames down at Chelsea Embankment… we guarantee you will be reluctant to leave this charmed existence, so stay a while longer!

50% of the total rate will be charged if cancelled 45 nights or more before the start date. Thereafter the full amount is due.
