The ground floor level holds a fabulous 42ft formal entertaining room and dining area which pans the length of the house all the way to the rear where large patio doors access the lush gardens. Making expert use of space and boasting exceptionally high ceilings this room features a luxurious sitting area with designer cream sofas and antique chairs arranged on a patterned rug in the centre of the room. The elegant dining area is large enough to seat up to ten guests on its solid wood table. Light pours in from both ends making this space gloriously bright and airy. It is stylishly decorated using soft pleasant shades of cream and white which compliment the tan wood floors and several well placed plants which balance the room perfectly. There is a smooth mini bar with glass display shelving and a large selection of drinks which guests may enjoy.Large patio doors will allow you to access a balcony with steps leading down to the stunning 80ft landscaped garden lined with trees and exotic plants as well as security flood lights. It has been designed beautifully with a decked area for al fresco dining and tall plants that provide extra privacy whilst children are free to play in the huge grassy space. The lower level of the house holds a modern kitchen and a second living area. Finished in a neutral colour palette of cream and beige with plenty of comfortable sofas arranged facing a large entertainment unit with a wide screen plasma TV and DVD player. The huge modern kitchen is stylighly fiished with modern handle-less soft closing cabinets. Its grand centred island doubles as a breakfast bar seating as many as six guests and more by the window seats. Holland Park train station connects to the Central Line allowing you easy access into the West End for the wonderful shopping on Oxford Street. Your nearest Station less than 2 minutes walk is Kensington which runs on the Overground and the District line which will take you towards Westminster for the infamous landmarks of Buckingham Palace and Big Ben!
