This wonderful 4 bedroom house is in the affluent neighbourhood of Fulham and a few minutes walk from the River Thames!Enter into a lovely reception area which has two leather sofas in black and white and a bright red patterned rug thrown in the centre for a splash of colour. Further inside towards the left is a larger living and dining space with a window to the garden. It has a two sofas and an armchair arranged by a lovely gas fireplace. Décor is kept simple yet elegant with a large mirror above the fireplace adding depth and light to the room. The bright yellow dining table has seats to comfortably seat six and is ideal for lunch with the kids!You will find three bedrooms on the first floor. The first has a double sofa bed plenty of shelving space and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is the lovely master. Finished in bright white with a double bed it also has the luxury of a flat screen TV sitting directly opposite the bed between tall wardrobe space. The third bedroom is a light and bright childrens room with a bunk bed and an extra pull out mattress to comfortably sleep three guests. The bathroom on this floor is finished in lovely sand-coloured tiling and has a bathtub with shower unit attached and the added comfort of a heated towel rail. The loft floor comprises the final bedroom - a good sized room with a double sofa bed finished in lime green walls. It also has a large TV for guest to enjoy as well as its own bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower. The lower floor of the basement is where you will find a nice open plan kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped and finished with wooden worktop surfaces and has a large island with a dishwasher and sink. There is a large open space for dining which is bathed in natural sunlight from the glass concertina doors which open onto a stunning outdoor area. A lovely stone pathway lined with potted plants leads to a large grassy garden where children can play. This home is less than five minutes walk from the Thames Path on the River where you can take long walks and enjoy the view or even take a boat ride! There are plenty of places for local dining: walk just 7 minutes and you will reach popular Kings Road which has a fantastic choice of restaurants and stylish cafés as well as wonderful boutique shops. There are several areas of greenery in the surrounding vicinity to enjoy; Hurlingham Park sits riverside with lots of open space to take walks or a picnic with the kids. South Park is a slightly smaller but sits much closer to this property and has nice childrens playground as well as sporting facilities. The nearest train station is Imperial Wharf which serves the Overground and also has rail links going towards Gatwick Airport. Parsons Green station is 10 minutes away with District line connections going straight to Paddington Station which serves the Heathrow Express.
