You are a short distance from the River Thames which can be reached by foot in just 5 minutes; whilst enjoying the embankment perhaps stop for hearty lunch or a drink in the famous Dove pub. This charming public house dates back to the early 18th century and is rumoured to have inspired poets and other historical figures! Hammersmith is known for the huge Apollo concert hall which is a popular filming location in addition to being host to concerts and comedy shows! You can reach the Apollo in minutes via one of several buses along Lamington Street. Hammersmith train station is fantastic for getting around as it connects to four major train lines.
