This lovely cottage is located in Hampstead Garden Suburb a neighbourhood that is popular with families for its leafy and idyllic setting and good transport links (the Northern line reaches Central London within 20 minutes!). The house is located on a pleasant street of picturesque homes just a short walk from Temple Fortune with its local cafés shops and supermarkets. As you step inside this antique-filled home on the right is a snug living area with a patterned rug and soft seating arranged by a feature fireplace. It has a flat screen TV and an impressive upright piano. Towards the left is a lovely eat-in kitchen with monochrome tiled floors and stainless steel appliances. It has everything you may need during your stay including an American-style fridge a dishwasher and range cooker. Through the kitchen you can reach a laundry/utility room and a convenient downstairs shower room with WC. Just off the kitchen there is easy access to the lovely back garden which is a grassy haven lined with trees and hedges - an idyllic and very private space for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the sun!There are three bedrooms on the upper level of the house as well as the family bathroom which is fitted with a Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk-in shower. There is also a handy separate WC washroom.. The front-facing master bedroom boasts spacious proportions and a lovely bay windows. It has a double bed dressing table and large built-in mirrored wardrobes. At the rear are two well-finished guest bedrooms both furnished with double beds. Hampstead Garden Suburb is a lovely area with an abundance of green spaces making it a great choice for families. The beautiful expanse of Hampstead Heath is to the immediate south and can be reached within 15 minutes by bus. The Hampstead Heath extension which adjoins Hampstead Heath is a short walk away. Nearby Golders Green offers loads of restaurants cafes and supermarkets.Take the H2 bus to reach Golders Green Tube station in 5 minutes for the Northern Line which will take you through trendy Camden to Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road in the West End within 20 to 25 minutes.
